Congrats Mike & Kristin!Neil's brother, Mike, married Kristin on October 17, 2009! We wish them nothing but the best! The wedding was very beautiful and took place on the Yale campus at Battel Chapel and John Davenport's at the Omni hotel (a.k.a. 19th floor). The party was terrific and we really enjoyed spending time with the cousins. Mike and Kristin have tons of photos on their site. Our photos are located here.

$225 Raised for the American Cancer Society
As usual, my friends and family are awesome. Together we raised $225 for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer! This is my 6th year participating in Nashua and I'm very proud to have friends and family that donate to help such a great charity. If you are interested in donating please use the link below or go to http://main.acsevents.org/goto/jenschelly.

SWE National Conference (WE09)I got the great opportunity to represent BAE Systems at the SWE National Conference in Long Beach, CA. I was very honored to be asked to go and had a great time gathering the videos, demos, and posters to showcase our company.

Technology is AmazingSometimes you just have to stop and think about how amazing our lives our. I'm currently sitting in a plane headed to LAX at 36,002" (yes, they tell me that). I'm typing on my laptop on our website which is hosted somewhere - who knows physically where. 5, 10, or 20 years ago that wasn't possible. Heck, last year this wasn't possible. We live in a charmed and amazing time in human history. And FYI for anyone who is interested, I paid $10 for a SouthWest WiFi hotspot connection and it's working very well. I'm getting good connection speeds with only an occasional slow moment. They've blocked video downloads and IP voice stuff according to the sheet in my seat back pocket, but I can still get to YouTube, so I'm not sure what they mean by "blocked".
